Approval of resolution for issuance of Change Order No. 2 to Straightline Engineering Group for additional requests made by residents prior to completion. Change Order No. 2 is in the amount of $19,633.00. The locations and amounts for the additional work requested are part of the supporting documentation.

Description of Action

It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached Change Order No. 2 for $19,633.00 to Straightline Engineering Group and authorize City Manager to execute the same.
